Can You Charge A Powerbank If It Still Has Remaining Battery On It?

Well,my family and i will travel a long trip tomorrow and i need the powerbank when my phone rans out of battery,but my powerbank has still three bars on it and i want it to be fully charged,so can i charge my powerbank if it still has remaining battery on it?Thanks.

    Yes, it's fine. It has an internal charge controller and will not "over-charge".

    It was some early rechargeable gear that used nickel-cadmium batteries and badly designed chargers that started the "things must be flat before charging" idea.

    The charger ran for a fixed time, enough for a full charge, no matter what state the battery was... If it was not empty, it got cooked & wrecked...

    All properly made modern gear uses "intelligent" charge controllers and you can start charging at any existing state of charge.
