The first sentence is " Poison being transgender is pointless, it makes no sense!" Here how can I understand " Poison being transgender" here? Poison is a girl's name. It uses a pronoun here. Shouldn't it be Poison's?? Why is it showed in the video?? Can I use this way in my daily life, everyone?

The second one is like this " Evidence of Poison being transgender" and " Evidence of Poison being 100% female. How can I understand this one? Why use Poison not Poison's in the structure. Thanks
