The bombing of civilian areas in Syria is being called a war crime, can we expect to see Israel before the world court for the same crime?
The reasons/legality of bombing civilian areas are neither here nor there, it is a crime against humanity to target civilian areas, which is what Israel have done, so again, can we expect the Israelis to be brought before the world court to answer for these crimes?

Of course not, these statements have nothing to do with Justice, and everything with Geo-Politics, and as soon as politics are involved, lie, lie, lie is usually the go-to.
Why do you think NATO bombing that hospital got swept under the rug, or the Turkish shelling the Kurds daily in Syria is glanced over.
The only criticism is towards Russia, the only force actually trying to win, and end the war.
Because that's the cruel thing of course, by pretending to be humanitarian, and call for a ceasefire, you're basically turning this war-situation in the status-quo, which means Syria never comes out of this turmoil, which will guarantee more civilian-casualties than if 1 side wins this war.
Which is super-political again, suggesting you're all for peace, while making sure there will never really be peace.

Check your facts. It is Hamas that targets defenseless civilians. Hamas also hides its military sites under schools and hospitals, and in apartment buildings. It urges civilians to stay near the military targets so they will get killed and make Israel look bad. When Israel has to bomb such a site, it warns the entire neighborhood to evacuate at a certain time; tells them where they will be safe from bombing; and as much as possible, confines damage to the actual military target.

Israel has not committed any war crimes.
The IDF is one of the most moral armies in the world and have avoided bombing rocket launching sites if there's civilians (with HAMAS hiding with them). Unfortunately when you have an enemy that hides behind it's own civilians, civilians will die.
Civilians dying =/= war crimes.

You contradicted yourself.
You ask if Israel will be before the world court.
By definition, this means being subject to things such as legalities.
Yet you also say the reasons or legalities are neither here nor there.
Meaning, you don't actually care one way or the other.

Why aren't the terrorists that caused and perpetuated the civil war in Syria being accused of war crimes! They and the media have painted the child-hating terrorists as victims - utterly crazy !

Israel's enemies hide in civilian areas. That is also against the Geneva code.

it is more likely that Saudi Arabia or Turkey did the recent bombing - they are the ones to lose out if peace is declared in Syria
because Turkey had a good scam going stealing and selling on Syrian oil
Saudi wanted regime change in Syria and spent billions on wages for ISIS to bring down Assad - they haven't achieved their endgame and are hopping mad - look what they did to Yeman - the new defense minister is a psychopath - so expect more terror in Syria

Why don't the Palestinians get the same judgement, Israel existed LONG before Palestine was even thought about, just like Pakistan is a created country, not one with a long history, to even before Christ
