Not sure how I can reach you, but for my issue towards Nintendo it's like this. They are accusing me of "tampering with the console" wtf this ain't no Five Nights at Freddy's dumb butts. I'll just guess and write they were lazy or didn't "feel" like doing anything about my issue. Yet I PAID the full price and it wasn't cheep btw, the coast total was $92.00 even. I agreed to pay yet they treated me like trash, now I have to wait five days in-order for my console to be shipped back to myself in its current vegetative condition. So look who looks like a jack rabbit huh? Before you "accuse" someone, PLEASE THINK BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO. You weren't there so you shouldn't judge, okay? Instead you should understand that Nintendo is garbage towards customer service wise. Sony and Microsoft I've never had a problem EVER but Nintendo man, they're slipping. The best thing they could do is just sell the business to another company that strives to achieve greatness to themselves, workers and the consumers.
Now that I've wrote that statement, could you now help me since you're the only one that cares to help someone with their question it seems.
