Applied for a job in customer service ( job add was ticketing and information, reception duties), job description has been changed with no consultation to cleaning public washrooms, working for 3 years, would not have applied for job had that been mentioned as can accommodate 18 thousand visitors per day, where do I stand please?

I presume you've been working there for 3 years, given that you say the duties have been changed 'with no consultation'.

If this is a UK question, you do have some protection where an employer makes such a radical change without any consultation. ACAS can help, free, by providing accurate information: http://www.acas.org.uk/contact

You can either: contact the company and ask if the job description has been changed ( to include restroom cleaning and whatnot ) or contact them and request a withdrawal of your application

You adapt to the new requirements and keep working or you quit. Life is a constant change and nothing last forever.

You stand nowhere, you are not working there. They can change the Ad if they want to.
