Kindly refer the question in "http://in.answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=201...

The solution to this question has been adjusted as BA by the Asker. But he has raised some doubts on the solution. I am unable to provide the same via comments column. As well his mail id is closed. Then how to address his doubts and guide him. However in the previous system the comments column was very friendly and we were able to make lot of communications. Now it is abruptly curtailed. Even genuine clarifications are not possible to provide on real time.

There no longer IS a way.

Ironic, isn't it? The user who gave the answer chosen as BA has no way to direct any communication, information, or clarification back to the asker, or to add a comment onto his own answer.

On the old (green) format, any user could comment after the question was resolved, because the 'Comment' feature was attached to the question itself. On the new (purple) format, the 'Comment' option is attached to the ANSWERS. Users may comment ... just ONCE ... on other users' answers, but not their own.

Your answer was the only answer given to that question. Other users could add a comment or correction to your answer, but you, as the user who gave the answer, cannot.

Sorry, unless the user who asked the question allows communications (IM or email) from other users, there is nothing at all you can do to provide more information or clarification to that person.
