was this unhealthy to do?
i wrestle. i started the season in october at 165 i cut to 143 and maintained that weight by starving until feb 17 and i wnet from 143 to 175 in less in a week is that healthy, and why did that happen

Its a bit unhealthy, the best way to go down a weight class is drink water like theres no tomorrow, you should literally be peeing every 30 min or so and doing crap loads of cardio. Also dont starve yourself but eat light and just enough, the way your doing it your gonna feel like crap the day of your match anyways so do it the healthy way.

the unhealthy part was starving yourself in the first place. . . your body needs nutrients for all of your organs to function correctly. You gaind it all back and then some because of the fact that you starved yourself.
