If you want to do it legally then try steam which is basically a online PC game console that has it's own online store and online multiplayer but if you got a great pc and anti-virus/spyware program and don't care about breaking laws then utorrent (not a typo) as well as a program that runs torrented media called alcohol 52% which is the 100% free version. I don't do this myself but I do know it works but it's very dangerous to your pc which is why currently legal is the best way to go. However if you want to settle for psx, n64, DS, snes, nes, and pretty much any system that's not a ps2, gamecube, xbox or 360, ps3, Wii and psp system then emulation is the way to go, ps2 and psp are actually close to working but they are slow and on the psp it's impossible to find a working emulator that can play the games with a anti-piracy program which are in all games released after march 12 2010. Working snes emu: snes9x, working n64 emu: project 64, working gba: visual boy advance, working DS emu/best: DeSmu. Pretty much emuzone or something like that is the best place to find good/great Emulators but read reviews and research the emulator before getting. Best place to get games is nitroroms (nintendo games are ROM format, Sony games are ISO but at nitro roms they break down ISO's and it's super hard to repair it to a working condition and the ROM's are compressed and winrar is the best uncompresser (not free but if you don't mind ignoring/closing the buy pop up after the trial time runs out then you'll be alright) out there.
