The Iron Gym comes with this small iron piece thingy. you have to insert it to the top of your door. It's easy to insert and it won't do any damage to the walls or door if you put it on the right way. It's easy, no tools no screws, just you, the iron gym equipment and the small iron thingy that you put on the door.
I'd really recommend the Iron Gym.
A few tips for when you get the Iron Gym.
1. I know it looks easy on tv where you just see the guy lifting without a sweat, but you do know that it's going to take allot of endurance. but if you keep at it you WILL get results. but It's not as easy as they make it look on commercial television.
2. I recommend that you start off using your Iron Gym on the floor surface first to warm up. when you use the Iron Gym on the surface be sure to do (situps to target your abs. the situps also help with thighs.) (do push-ups to target your chests.) and etc... haha. when you feel ready, and when you strong enough to do push-ups and lift your own weight? Then Congradulations it's time to use the door with your Iron Gym.
4. Before you rush over to the Iron Gym like a crazy-eyed-gorilla in attack mode, be sure to check the right side of the iron gym that your supposed to do your push-ups on. (the instructions show the information.)
I just wanted to warn you so you don't end up falling and busting your knee like I did last night. lol.
5. Don't do the push-ups too fast on your iron gym because there is a possibilty that it might fall along with you. be patient, the results will come soon.
6. the Iron Gym is designed to hold tough weight so the chances of you falling are rare. but only if your aware and cautious of what your doing.
7. Be Cautious.
8. Don't push yourself too hard. if you start to feel exhaustion, then give it a minute of rest to prevent serious injuries. Get a bottle of water for energy and Take Your Time.
9. Don't eat rite before using the gym. wait atleast an hour.
10. Eat right if you want to use the gym. If you eat badly while in the long process then you'll probably start feeling naucious from time to time. If you eat right before working out, then that's less time for you to wait to use your iron gym. (you'll be able to wait for a half hour.)
I recommend eating an Organic Salad before starting your workout.
11. Have Fun, be Consistant, and you'll get those results in no time.
