# Is there such a thing as a straight line?

If you zoom in on something enough times with a microscope the line is never straight so is it actually possible for there to be a straight line.

As long as you are on a plane (flat surface) and there are two points, there will always be a straight line between any two given points.

This is basic geometry.

In the physical world - agreed.

In the mathematical world we consider this acceptable.
