Can anyone help me with a spyware problem?

I believe I was hit with spyware. I have a message on my homepage that says to click here to check my system for spyware. Clicking on the link does nothing. I would like to know how to delete this from my homepage. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I would strongly recommend the following "free" programme

    http://www.superantispyware.com/

If/when you download, make sure you click on "update" before you carry out a "Complete" scan.

You will be amazed at how much crap this excellent programme finds on your PC.

Without a shadow of a doubt, this is the best.
