• Is it true that sleeping near a turned off TV is bad for you?

Somebody told me that a whle ago and it has been bothering me since I sleep near a TV too. It s not turned on of course, it s just really close to me because that s how furniture happens to be laid out in my room. Should I change my position? It would be a bit of a bother but I guess I could do it.

  • My tv settings?

Best answer: The proper way to deal with it is by adjusting the gray scale. Get a setup disc (DVD or BD; $20 to $50) and follow its instructions to the letter. Be patient and careful. The process should take between one and two hours. The results may be up to 90% as good as having a professional do it, which costs $300... show more

  • My girlfriend refuses to get rid of her black & white TV until they perfect color. Do they still make B&W TVs & when will color be perfected?

Best answer: Take her to a store in the real world and show her a 4K television. The color is beautiful and the resolution is as sharp as a mirror. The last B&W TV I bought was a little pocket Casio TV in the 1980's. Some women can see more colors than every normal person. Maybe your girlfriend is one of those. There's... show more
