  • CURRENT EVENTS do you believe discrimination is part of the reason why there's a gender pay gap?

Best answer: I think it is in part due to the fact that people still do not expect to pay women the same as men. One example of this I always look at is trades like building/plumbing, which are male dominated and trades like nursing which are female dominated. It takes longer to train to be a nurse, you now get into a lot of debt for that training, you have to work some horrendous shifts yet builders and plumbers tend to get paid more. If that were the other way around there would be uproar

  • Why was the women's march so much smaller than last year's? Is it because people are seeing through the BS and Trump is good for women?

Best answer: This was not a women's march. This was to protest Trump's first year in Office. And, still, it was a huge turnout.

Why are we English so afraid of putting up the St George's flag, or why do schools not sing the anthem every morning. Why are we so reluctant unlike our cousins across the pond ? A tad late but this was on the account of the squire and his Grace visiting me for a social chit chat. Damned fine people. I might free Cherry soon and perhaps sell her to other people.

Best answer: It kind of proves the point that Obama often violated Federal Law. Just allowing a State to be a "Sanctuary State" is illegal. Any State that does not follow all Federal law including immigration law will have Federal money withheld from all programs until the State comes back into compliance. Marijuana is illegal in all 50 US States by Federal law, but Obama also broke the law by keeping Federal agents from prosecuting states that began selling it. ALso,just allowing illegal aliens (there is no such thing as "undocumented immigrants") to stay without being deported is a violation of Federal law too.

That Obama! he ssure was a card. I sure am glad he is no longer President.

Rotherham was a cover up and also their are 100'000s of EU criminals on our streets with jails now overflowing. Could time be ripe for a revolution and installation of a nationalist government here in England? His Grace and the local squire stopped at my mansion for a jolly nice drink just now. My friend Margaret will be having an ECG and I will be visiting her. Have you good people had any snow?

The kids ages range from 2-29 and for years they’ve been starved, abused, shackled with padlocks and beaten by their parents. Betty and David Turpin would leave food on the counter, let the children look at it but not eat it. The kids were only allowed to bathe once a year, were sometimes not allowed to use the toilet, only allowed to wash their hands up to their wrist and shackled for weeks or months. David Turpin's mother, Betty, told CNN the couple usually took vacations with the entire family in tow. They have 13 children, she said, and they usually dressed alike when they went out for safety reasons."They were very protective of the kids," she said. When they went out, the couple would line the children up according to age, and the parents took their positions at the front and back of the line, she said. As for health care, none of the children has seen a doctor in more than four years, and none of them had ever seen a dentist. When questioned by police, the 17-year-old who escaped made it clear she didn't even know what "medication or pills" were. When the police came to rescue them, many of the victims didn't even know what a police officer was. The siblings rarely left their house and did not go to school. Instead, they were taught at home, but were forced to sleep all day and stay up at night, typically going to sleep at 4 or 5 a.m. The children were homeschooled, they were made to memorize long scriptures of the Bible, with some memorizing the entire book.
