Favorite Answer:Not decimated but the City has lost a lot of business to Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Paris, Dublin etc. because there is no Brexit deal for the UK's vital financial services sector. The London Stock Exchange has now lost its place as Europe's leading stock trading hub thanks to Brexit.

Favorite Answer:It is going to be a way of getting at online deliveries. I would have though he could just tax distribution warehouses over a certain size, rather than hit small traders who have been unable to open their shops and had to go online. It might be better to wait until the budget before all this wild speculation, but that doesn't seem to be the modern way.
