• Someone stole out of my car at Hyundai dealership?

I left a bracelet in there and when I picked it up. I noticed it was gone but the packaging was left. And they put a dent in the bottom of my car and are refusing to acknowledging any of this. What can I do?

I got hit from the left rear side two months ago, and I was not the fault. The insurance directed to an auto body shop, Caliber Collision for repairing it. Now my transmission is jerking from stop and go. I brought it to the dealer, and people said it was the replaced left tail light causing the problem. So I called the auto body shop asked about it, they refused to admit replacing it and said they only took it out and put it back, so it is not under warranty. It does show "remove/install" only on the bill I got from the body shop, but I did not notice until now. I mean, who will care if the tail light is replaced as long as it works, right? I called my insurance again, and they said they would investigate but it does not seem helpful at all. So what should I do now? Nobody is wanting to take responsibility. Thank you in advance for answering this question.

I know its important, but how important is it really? I've had 3 cars where the timing belt was never done one car had 125,000 miles, another had, 140,000 miles and my current car has 195,000 miles. I know for a fact these cars did have timing belts. I am doing my timing belt this weekend on my current car because 200,000 miles on a car with a timing belt is definitely to much. However, I rarely hear of people doing timing belts, my father said he's never once done one on a car to be fair quite a few of his cars has timing chains but still the cars with belts he didn't worry about and they never broke. I am not saying that I'm going to push off the timing belt. but I feel as if the timing belt have turned into one of those things where its just over exaggerated on its importance. I've never heard of a car with 100,000 miles and a broken timing belt.

So, I'm broke, got no job, no family and if that wasn't enough; I recently became homeless and all I've on my name is $3,320 and was wondering which car would be great to live-in on a regular basis? The problem is (Like there weren't enough problems!) that I'm a big man; 6'2" @ 230lbs and I absolutely don't like sleeping cramped and I LOVE sleeping cause that's the only thing that's keeping me sane and alive, literally. And I also have quite a few luggage (Clothes, lots of books, cooking utensils etc) so it must have a HUGE trunk! I can't afford a trailer and I've got a huge ego so I'd NEVER stay at a friend... So please, don't lecture me. I've always lived as an asset and shall try my best to avoid being a liability. In any case; it'll only be for a few weeks; maybe a month tops (I hope!) provided everything goes smoothly so its not like I'm gonna be camping in the car forever! So, which car would be suitable for me? P.S If you're a man of faith; then do pray for me as I can really use some assistance from the heavens! A miracle, if I may... Good Day!

  • Is it bad to smoke a cigarette when filling up with gas?

My wife is always saying I shouldn’t do it. She also got mad at me today because my car was running and I slammed the door while smoking and filling up. She was livid and I didn’t understand why.

I put brand new spark plugs in it and the misfiring still seems to be occurring. I have an engine scanner and hooked it up to my car and the scanner could not pick anything up even though there is a check engine light showing. I think it could be a bad fuel pump. I don't want to take it to a mechanic just yet because I would like to try fixing it myself if possible before I have to spend a ton of money. I do have a little bit of experience fixing cars so I'm not clueless in what I'm doing, but with this, I'm just not sure.
