  • How can i start modeling?

Best answer: It's a quite competitive position but that doesn't mean you can't. Start by putting yourself out there and applying for places that are looking for models.

Hello, I need some advice! I've currently got a CV with everything about me on (such as my details, availability, hobbies, work history and achievements). I designed a library banner in my work experience and it got used so therefore I uploaded a photo of it onto my CV. I went skydiving for a charity this summer and uploaded a photo of this onto my CV too. Do you think this is acceptable? I've done this to sell myself as a person and show what I have achieved! (I want to go into Digitial Marketing so I think the library banner photo is suitable). I added the skydiving photo on there to prove I have done and I'm proud I did it for a charity! Thank you!

  • How should a white man dress up as Martin Luther King without black facing (and still have the character recognized)?

Best answer: 'Blackface' is a way of caricaturing colored people. But if you take the trouble to do it correctly, you can apply a 'diverse' make-up in a sensitive way.

One of my best friends and I have art in common. We both love and it we're both very good at it. She's a bit older than me, and she has a bachelor's in art. I never got to finish high school, so, I've just been working very hard since I left school on my school seven years ago. I'm self taught. We both applied to present our work at one of the biggest art shows in thr state. And by biggest, I mean popular. They select only a couple dozen people to be in it a year. She had a hard time getting in because, I think, they already had a lot of submissions using the same style. But they got back to me in just a few hours and loved it. Ive never been in an art show, or made much money from it so I'm really excited! I told her I accepted right away expecting she got the same email because she's done a million of these things everywhere. She said "Well, I guess that's good for you, isn't it? I don't need your amateurish art cluttering mine, anyway." She said a few other things like that. I don't know what I did wrong or why she's so mad at me... Days later she got in because someone dropped out and she still won't talk to me. What should I do?
