  • Has anyone significantly improved their eyesight with diet supplements or exercises?

I have to wear glasses for reading, but the longer I wear them the more my eyesight deteriorates. I desperately want to be less dependant on my glasses and prevent my vision for getting worse.

Feel free to rate me out of 10. Call 5/10 average I suppose. I'm really not sure how I look with glasses hopefully they work well. Its the only pic I took at the eye place.

Recently, I have discovered eye floaters consists of a group of several dots on the lower left corner and 1 dot in the middle of my left eye and yes, they go away if we try to look at them and they come back if we try to ignore them.My question is do I need to see An ophthalmologist ASAP or they will spontaneously go away over time if I reduce the weight or practice to breath properly during my workout, for instance exhale when I lift., etc.? Thanks a million in advance.

Best answer: Yep, the Dr. examining your eyes would never notice one bright red eye.

It's honorable that you really want to join , but it has to be done honestly.
