• What is a cleaner that is even stronger than bleach? Maybe hospital grade?

I want it to clean my apartment I just moved into. I want to get rid of any traces of the previous tenants. I live cleaning with bleach, but I would like something more powerful that disinfects better than bleach that I can buy. Especially for the bathroom. My grandpa who is quite old is likely the reason due to the type of smell, which is a particularly pungent fecal scent. We ignored it for a month or so since it wasn’t this strong before, but now it’s really bad, lasting all day, for two days now, even after spraying things like Lysol and cleaning the toilet. What can I do at this point? Should I also be concerned about my grandpa’s digestive system, since he says he only excretes every other day, and the scent is so awful and long-lasting?

  • I spilt coffee down my white top and I have washed it twice and the stain is still there, what can i use to remove the stain please?

Stain removal should be done before laundering, as soon as possible after the staining occurs. Otherwise, stains set.
If your top is cotton then the best solution is bleaching, preferably over the stain area only. I usually accomplish that by dampening the garment, then wetting a cloth with a bleach/water solution and placing it over the stain only, for a while. I then check periodically and continue until it's completely faded away.
If your top is of a man-made fibre, it's possible it's too late, but modern oxygen bleaches such as Oxyclean or similar, made up into a paste and spread on the stain, , or sprayed on if it's a ready made solution, may do the trick. There's always a little bit of risk in both methods, but as your top is virtually ruined already, is there much to lose by trying?

Ok. so I basically ruined two of my roommate s shirts. We are very close and she left her laundry in the washing machine, and didn t have time to put it in the dryer before she left one morning. She asked me to take out her sweaters and ralph lauren shirts and put everything else in the dryer. So I did, and put it on the setting she wanted. When she got back I was at work, but she texted me and said I shouldn t have put her button ups in the dryer and that they were ruined because they shrank and now she can t wear them. I didn t feel like it was completely my fault. She said she had told me about how to take care of button ups before and that she assumed I would know what to do, but since she didn t mention them in her text about what to put in the dryer I didn t think about it, and tbh, she s rich, and I m poor, so she has super nice expensive clothes, and I have mostly t shirts. I felt like she should have just done it herself and gotten up earlier or something, and that she was lucky I even agreed to help her out. The thing is those shirts are $100 each. She thinks I should reimburse her for both. She said she felt bad about me having to pay her back, but at the same time they were pretty expensive. It just sucks for me, because it was an honest mistake, and she just blew almost $200 on a pair of shoes, and I value money more than her. I could use the $200 a lot more. Should I pay for the shirts?

  • Hired to clean a house that has been vacant, but food was left in it, should I clean the bug-infested refrigerator?

Best answer: No... it is not your job to clean dead insects out of a fridge. It will present a possible health issue. Send your boss a photo of the fridge. The fridge should be thrown out, and not used anymore.
