Best answer: Evolution. Humans have an inane backbone weakness, that without proper exercise and posture is likely to present problems. Trouble is that most of us are sedentary, do not exercise properly enough to build up our muscles and core strength, and then if we pick up something too heavy in our weakened state, the discs are very likely to rupture. Been there, had three operations, nerve pain etc., and not perfect but much better than it was now. It takes a fair bit of effort to keep your body in prime condition and most of us are not prepared to maintain that level of effort.

Okay so this will sound crazy but since the last two months I have lost: a square reasonably sized makeup bag, a full box of pullups, a clear plastic box full of natural beads and now my headphone adapter :( these were all seperate events but I had all of them in the apartment. Even my man remembers me putting my headphone adapter down and bringing in the box of pullups in and I don't understand how'd I lose something big like my makeup bag . We cleaned out the closests and everthing. I looked in the drawers, under the sink , under the sofa, the bed everywhere and I can't find these items . Even if I threw them out they'd be in the garbage which I checked (kinda). How to I manage to lose something so easily and never find it ? Ps. Im thinking maybe it's my meds I've finally gotten to my proper dose of lamotrigine for epilepsy (but I'm petite so it was a long while till I reached my proper dose) could I be blanking and hiding the objects super well? And if so why on earth would I do that and how would that be possible without my man noticing (albeit I am always cleaning up so it may not have been noticeable to him)

  • Threw up over customer today while working?

Best answer: That sounds terrible. Hopefully, your employer pays for their dry cleaning and saw this as a medical issue, not a disciplinary issue.
Unless, of course, you did it on purpose. You didn't do it on purpose, did you? I hope not.

  • Why is my nose always stuffed and running?

Best answer: Sounds like allergies to me.

I ve got year round allergies that pretty much give cold symptoms all the time.

You can try some over the counter allergy medicine (Allegra, Claritin, etc) and see if that helps.

Or just go talk to a doctor. Either way I d talk to a doctor.

I'm 19 years old, for the past 2 months I've been experiencing weird body activities. It started with pain in my scrotum really bad went to the doctor they told me I had an STI, I took the medication they gave me and it wasn't helping so I went to get a second opinion she did and perform a hernia test on me she said I had a hernia in the left side of me. So the other doctor was wrong, in the first month my stomach is making really loud intestinal noises Non-Stop and I never heard these most before. I get random pains in my chest neck rib cage and lower abdomen, my parents kept brushing me off every time I told them my symptoms, now I'm getting really cold Sensations on my feet and legs. I wanted to take myself to the emergency room but I can't, my parents bought me a leased car and it's my responsibility fee for everything on it so it takes all my money my job only gives me a paycheck of $300 my payment is $200 for insurance $200 for car payment and about 210 of gas month. My dad makes great money, but he decided to take away our family insurance to make more money. My mom has Ms my sister has medical problems and I literally have a VP shunt keeping me alive, coming to find out that I don't have insurance scares me. Because if my shunt malfunctions I'm screwed not my parents I am, I think it sad that my dad dropped our insurance so the pain is getting more severe and now I'm bleeding out of my stool parents won't let me go in the emergency room.

But if you’re muscles start twitching, you find it difficult to walk, you’re dizzy, or the muscles ache, you probably need to see a doctor to have your electrolytes checked. Doctors aren’t sure why, but I have to be hospitalized every 4 months or so for low potassium (1 of the 3 electrolytes). So pay attention to those symptoms and head straight to the doctor if you can’t keep anything down, it is surprising how quickly we dehydrate. Good luck.
