Yes, I know this sounds weird, but hear me out. I have an extreme social anxiety disorder and suffer from other mental disorders. I've been treated like crap from people and still am. Yet for some reason, my natural instinct is to be incredibly nice to people. I've been able to talk to famous people, the "mean" girls in school, etc... all because of that. If someone doesn't have a chair to sit in, i naturally get up and let them have it, even if they are horrible to me. If someone needs help with homework, i send links of a ton of resources for them to use and give them tips, even if they aren't nice and it takes me about 20 minutes to do. I just, do it. Like how you naturally breath, i naturally act this way. Does it have anything to do with your DNA or something? I mean like, in 3rd grade I literally spent my entire lunch and recess period helping people work out their problems because it felt so natural for me to do. I just don't understand. Some people are naturally mean, so what makes me naturally nice? I'm sorry if i come off as cocky, i wasn't trying to do so. I was just thinking about it recently and was naturally curious.

There are numerous perspectives on what death is. To discover whether death is peaceful, then, is to choose which irrespective is correct.
    1. Are we dead and cease to exist?
    2. Are we reincarnated?
    3. Are we resurrected?
    4. Do we become one with the universe?

Since the Bible is more historically accurate than all ancient documents combined and Christianity had more evidence than any other belief system in the world I will tell you what it says.

In short, the Bible teaches when you die that you continue to exist.

You will either live with God for all eternity or you will live somewhere separate from God forever apart from His love, light, and fellowship and the fellowship of all those who are with God. It will be a type of torment which to your mind and emotions will be like fire.
if you choose to know God now while you re alive He will wipe away all tears and pain and flood you with overwhelming love, peace, and warmth living with Him!

Next, I look at what it's all about. Third, I break down the tasks daily by using an agenda and making notes. Last, I remind myself if I leave at last minute, I won't get a good grade, I'll be scared, I'll be tired, no way to complete all in one day or few hours (Negative consequences) and my experiences of when I did do at last minute and how I scared and pressured I was. I hope this helps

Best answer: NO! They actually are LOST themselves. If we do not love ourselves first we cannot love another. Most people, myself included, come from dysfunctional families. When you start to research narcissistic parents you will be enlightened. We did not get the proper love during the formative years so we tend to jump into relationships that are not healthy and when there is drama and break up many might commit suicide because they do not understand that what they are going through is the fact that they do not love themselves. It's a painful thing to go through, but when you start to uncover the darkness then the light will come through. Poison prescriptions will not help. Learning about dysfunctional families will. (HUGS)
