Best answer: No, it wouldn't be Black Panther. His personality would be completely wrong.

The League Of Shadows has a counterpart in Marvel - The Hand. They roles they play are virtually identical, right down to their ability to extend life and bring people back from the dead.
They even have their version of Talia Al Ghul - Elektra.
The stories have always been extremely similar. The Hand is the League of Shadows, Elektra is Talia, and the obvious stand in for Batman in terms of potential as a member, as an opponent, and in personality would be Daredevil.
THeres even been a stor where this came to pass - Shadowland, in which Daredevil did become leader of The Hand.

Best answer: Become Japanese. That is what it takes to even have half a shot at making an anime. If, however, you mean drawing in the style of anime, if after watching, observing and perhaps even studying it for a VERY long time, it doesn't come naturally to you, then you never had the talent for it, so just give up. • Should I start watching One Piece?

Best answer: I suggest reading the manga instead, don't bother with the anime. The anime is very slow-paced for most of the series and a lot of the later episodes are so stretched out that some of them are only a few pages long (most manga adapt 2 chapters per episode, not half of one).

Best answer: The volumes (by which I take you to mean the trade paperbacks). Hands down. I learned this lesson the hard way.

If you are looking at your comics as an investment, TPBs are nearly worthless in most cases. You probably won't even get 40% of the cover price if you try to resell it, and that's if you can find a buyer and it's perfect. And they nearly never appreciate in value (I actually did see one example of a TPB appreciating, mainly because it was out of print and had high demand).

Of course, issues CAN appreciate. Everyone knows stories of golden and silver age books going for hundreds, thousands, or more. Here's the thing, those things are vanishingly rare with modern comics. Back in the golden and silver ages, kids didn't KEEP their comic books. Many golden age books ended up in recycling drives for the war. The result is that the supply is EXTREMELY small. That's what drives up the price.

By contrast modern comics are almost all preserved. They're too expensive not to! And the print runs are ENORMOUS compared to the old days. The result is that they typically do not appreciate, and instead become money losers the instant you buy them.

My point is DO NOT consider your comic collection an investment. You are almost certainly going to lose money on it. Collect comics because you LIKE THE COMICS. And if that's what you're doing, TPBs are infinitely better choices. They are cheaper, more compact, and tend to have fewer pages wasted on advertising. And you won't feel sad when some accident damages them because you knew in advance you weren't getting any money back for them...whereas with issues, even if you know they're money losers, you'll tend to think you have more value than you do. it's nature.

The one thing you lose from TPBs, is that because you're buying time delayed, crossovers can be HELLA CONFUSING. A little advance research can solve that problem though.

  • Which Walking Dead villain was better; Negan or The Governor?

Best answer: I would say Negan simply because he's more identifiable as a villain. The guy was a d-bag, but his society was working fine and seemed to be on course to continue along on the right path. ... show more

With the Governor, I always got the sense that things probably would of worked out fine if Rick and co. never came along. The guy was a d-bag, but his society was working fine and seemed to be on course to continue along on the right path. Other survivors would of come along and things would of continued growing.

Meanwhile, Negan is more the "watch it burn" type who you just want to see get what's coming to him.
