Is the California DMV practice test enough to pass the permit test?
My test is in a few days and I have gotten 100% on each practice test on this website https://m.driving-tests.org/california/ I don't have access to all the test because it costs money but I have completed all of the available tests. To people who have taken it before and used this site, is this enough for me to pass or should I use another website or even buy the premium tests on this one?

I went driving last week with my car showing as no insurance. I drove past an ANPR car but did not get stopped. Last night an ANPR car came.?
My car was off the road for a while and last week I had a hospital appointment, I insured my car a few days before but it was still not showing on the MID database! I was scared to say the least but took my phone with my emails as proof of insurance. My hospital appointment went ok, didn’t see any police cars on my way there, however I do have to drive past a police station on my way home, which of course an ANPR was making its way out at the time I passed, I guess his machine let off a ping as he looked straight at me and my car and seen me looking at him..... I kept driving as I thought I’m good I have my proof.... I was expecting him to put on his lights and spin around and come after me, but nope! Nothing! Got home checked my car again and still not showing as insured! It wasn’t until the next day it finallly came on the database. So last night an ANPR car came into my street (I live In a quiet cul-de-sac) and he turned around on my drive way!! He looked for a few seconds and drove off.... were they coming to check my car to see if it’s not insured? Or was that just a huge coincidence as surly they would be able to run my number plate through their system without coming to see my car!

Is it possible to take the driving test before the skills test? Virginia ?
Little context, I lost my license after not paying some court fees, and had to schedule to take both my skills and behind the wheels test. The day I was supposed to take my skills test there was a snow storm and the DMV rescheduled it, 2 days after I’m supposed to take the road test, placing me in a pickle. I haven’t found anything on the DMV website except that people with permits need proof of their skills test, which I don’t have a permit I just lost my license.
Normally, I’d just assume I need the skills test first, and reschedule the behind the wheel test, but the dmv website has no listed available dates for that test in particular at all, even going thru to the next year, and I’m worried I’m gonna just show up to be told there’s nothing they can do, if anyone has any advice on this matter it’d be greatly appreciated.

Never got vehicle registered (Texas)?
I got my car in November of 2019 and never got my registration renewed past the temporary registration after purchasing (2 weeks). How much will I have to pay in late fees if I got my car registered now? I have no sticker and have never been pulled over within my year and a half driving it.

Steering wheel shaking at high speeds and vibration while braking?
So my steering wheel shakes at around 70-80 mphs and it also pull a little to the left. It doesn't shake while turning and there is no audible noise any where. My car also vibrates while braking from higher speeds. I've changed out the inner and outer tie rods on my fwd car and also replaced the rotors with new ones. I didn't replace the brake pads so that might be the braking problem. It doesn't change the steering wheel though. I got an alignment afterwards hoping it was the last piece after all those changes but it still continues to be the same.
