  • Any tips on my weight loss 'plan'?

    I'm 15 and currently weigh 157 pounds which I know is a bit over weight for my height and would like to lose weight , My current 'plan' is on the morning do 15-30 minutes of jogging on the spot before I have my breakfast or anything to drink ,after jogging on the spot do some crunches for 2 minutes and repeat the same for 4-5 days a week , is this effective enough for eventual weight loss or is there any recommendations ? Thanks
