So I have this 'out there' belief that our universe is part of something bigger. For example, let's say you believe in a multiverse; could our universe just be some small piece of DNA or something of some larger creature like a dog or something that lives on some planet, which is in some bigger universe, and in turn, that dog on that planet in its universe is in just a small piece of some larger creature and so on....?2 AnswersAstronomy & Space2 months ago
I have Wilson Pro Staff Oversized Titanium faced Graphite irons that are about 15 years old - but I hit them pretty well. I am a high handicapper – usually shoot about 105 or so on a par 72 course.
Only golf maybe 5-10 times a year. Most of my high score is on bad putting and pushing / pulling the ball – not a slice or hook – but ball just goes in the wrong direction from the start.
With the clubs I have, I can hit between a range of 70 yards, and 220 – with no more than a 15 yard gap between any of the clubs (lob to driver).
I already have an expensive odyssey putter (which I still don’t hit that well), as well as expensive Cleveland 588 and Titleist Vokey wedges which I love.
Would new ‘Golf Digest Super Game Improvement Irons’ really help my game that much (more than like 5 strokes)?
I like the idea of having nice looking top of the line clubs, but if I don’t shoot that much better, it’s pretty hard to justify for that kind of money. ($400 - $800).
P.S. Not sure if this helps, but I typically hit the ball pretty strait. I sometimes have a slight (unintended) fade – a slice here and there (but not often). If I had a 150 yard par three shot, I would hit an 8 iron – maybe 7 if I don’t swing too hard.5 AnswersGolf6 years ago
I am considering renting out my condo instead of selling it.
I ran all the numbers and project that I will make $3,000 per year when everything is said and done [rent income, mortgage interest, property tax, insurance, association fees, income tax with appropriate deductions, months without tenants, fixes & improvements].
The property is in a nice area with low crime and the expected tenants would be over 30.
If there were a few months where I didn’t have renters, I would not be in financial trouble [would just have to watch my spending].
Most of the appliances where purchased in 2004 or later.
Assuming my calculations are correct, do you think $3,000 of additional yearly income is worth the trouble of being a landlord and why or why not?5 AnswersRenting & Real Estate9 years ago
I have a 1994 Toyota Celica ST 1.8L 7FAE engine. Three of my spark plugs came out with a 5/8" standard spark plug socket. One of the spark plugs does not come out because the socket doesnt seem to 'catch' on the spark plug... Is it possible that I need a different size socket for this spark plug? It is hard for me to see what the plug looks like since it is down so far in the engine... it looks like the nut could be stripped, but it is hard to tell.
Any idea what I need to do to get it out (besides taking it to a mechanic)?6 AnswersMaintenance & Repairs10 years ago

I created a site called http://www.thedrinkingsurvey.com/ that gives you a 'drinking personality' upon completion. Do you agree with the type of drinker it said you are? Are there any other funny drinking personalities i could add?12 AnswersPolls & Surveys1 decade ago
