I'm going on my senior trip to New York soon, and I've been there several times before. I've visited the sight of the Twin Towers every time I went out of respect for those who've perished. While being there, I noticed many police officers and Military men surrounding the area, as required. Honestly I've expected it too. But the whole time I visit there, other than paying my respects and giving the fallen lives a moment of silent, I've wondered one thing. Something pretty obvious, but still made me itch with the urge to question it... I wanted to ask if any of those men may have been there, on that day, 9/11, to see everything that happened, and if they have, what was it like? Do you think this is a rude question to ask?
