I currently have plans to establish a corporation in the future, though I am not certain how far into the future that may be. A while back I enlisted my friend to be a part of it and we would work on it to establish the corporation when the time came. Now thing between us are turning sour, and I no longer want to work with him and vice versa. He is threatening that if I kick him out from working with me, that he will run off and register the name and ideas we discussed for the company so that I will not be able to. Keep in mind, absolutely nothing has been done towards actually establishing the company, and there have not been any sort of legal contracts. All it has been so far was a verbal agreement between us and discussion of ideas. This is why I want to know if it is possible to register a the name and logo for the corporation before actually establishing the corporation itself. I do not want the name taken by him or by anyone else before I am able to. Also two side questions: 1) If it is not possible to register a name and logo before establishing a corporation, can the corporation be established, but not actually do anything until you are ready to work towards it? What would the costs of it be? 2) When I type in the name of my desired company (let's just call it "X" Corporation), a company in Eastern Asia named "X" Electronics Corporation comes up as the first result. Would this cause legal issues, even if my corporation was not in the electronics industry?

  • Is Publisher's Clearing House's "$5000 a Week Forever" event legitimate?

I have heard negative things about them, in the past and now they've started advertising their event again. I personally don't trust it. Is it legitimate or not? What happens if you were to sign up for their giveaway?

  • If a country did not recognize another country as being a "real" nation, would would the unrecognized country look like on a world map?

  • How can I connect an Xbox One, Wii, Wii U, and a Nintendo Switch to one TV?

I've heard of people using things like 8 way RCA splitters for older consoles, but I don't think that works with any of my consoles other than the Wii. So what can I do to connect them all to one TV?

Today he has told me that he is concerned with the length of his penis, so I am asking around to see what answers and advice anyone has. My brother is turning sixteen in a month. He said that he measured and flaccid he is about 2.75", and erect he said he was between 4.9"-5.1". He was wanting to know if that was small or not, and if he will grow anymore. He started puberty at age 9, and says that for the last year or so he does not think it has really grown. He's afraid that possibly he has stopped growing. I am looking for anything anyone has to say or any advice I can give him. It might seem weird for a father figure to help someone like this, but we are still brothers, and I know his issue.

  • If the USA had states that weren't within North (or South) America, would it still be called the "United States of America"?

Like if the US for some reason annexed Australia, do you think the name would stay the same? Because then you'd have Australian states and it would sound weird to call them, "of America." So maybe the name would change to just "United States"?

  • Does the time of underwear you wear affect penile growth and size?

You know, I've just thought about this today. I m wondering if wearing tighter underwear affects penile growth. I myself have worn those white rise briefs underwear usually made by Hanes. I've never had a problem with them, although I did just think of this problem.
