I am a entrepreneur newbie starting up my online business. However, I want advise on policies, contracts, terms & conditions etc.?
Should I get a solicitor to look over everything? As the last thing I want is to get sued. It will be a business to do with dating (very brief description but that's the basics). I don't really know what to include in the policy section/terms and conditions, or what I should put in there..
Can I get someone to help me or look over it all online?
I don't know what is the best way to go about it.

I really want to book a solo travelling trip to the Philippines very soon. However, everyone is saying not to due to the Coronavirus. Please give me some advice and if you think it's too risky to go?15 AnswersPhilippines8 months ago
Hey everyone.. I really need advice on this. I have finally got accepted to work as an Air Hostess/Cabin Crew for British Airways. It was such a long application.. I have received my contract and the pay certainly doesn’t stand out (it’s awful). I’m meant to start in a month but don’t know if I should actually switch from my estate agent role.. as it’s more money where I am currently
Does anyone have any prior airline experience? Advice on what you think is best/worth the switch?!
Thank you so much x1 AnswerOther - Careers & Employment10 months ago
I have always wanted to work with dogs. I have been thinking of becoming a dog walker for a long while now.. I just haven't got started yet. However, do you think it's worth it?I would most likely do a 'doggy day care' service too. Go to clients houses and look after their dogs there.8 AnswersDogs2 years ago
I have recently qualified in Body Balance and I would like to start teaching in my own time. I would like to rent out a hall space in my town. Do I need insurance etc. - things such as that?.. this probably sounds a bit stupid but I thought I'd ask on here. Thank you5 AnswersSmall Business2 years ago
I am thinking of leaving university as I'm not enjoying it at all. My passion is health and fitness, therefore I'd love to pursue that. Would being a self-employed PT be a good change?.. or..? Any other ideas would be appreciated!

I am in my first term at university studying Nutrition. I have already swapped courses and I'm not enjoying my course at all! I thought that nutrition was my passion..but I dread every lecture. I don't know what to do. My passion still lays with in fitness/nutrition but I just can't absorb any information given to me at university. If I drop out I don't know what career path I'd go down..?4 AnswersHigher Education (University +)3 years ago
This probably seems like a silly question, but I have no idea how to go about it. What is the best site to purchase a website on? Do I need anything to do so etc etc. My website will be nutrition/fitness related. Thank you very much!1 AnswerOther - Internet3 years ago
I took PE because then I can obviously become a PE teacher, which seems a reliable career to have. The money won't be great and I'm not sure that is what I want to be doing.
I am EXTREMELY interested in nutrition and that is where my passion lies, however, it is a hard industry to get into. In the near future I would want to set up my own nutrition business. Is this a better idea..?... Furthermore, I'm paying £9,000 a year so I want it to be worth while...2 AnswersHigher Education (University +)3 years ago
So, I have a few unconditional uni offers, however I am undecided whether or not to go ahead. I am 21 and I was planning on going so that I could become a PE teacher. Is it worth going (4 year course)? What other career paths could I go down with out a degree?5 AnswersHigher Education (University +)3 years ago
I have recived two unconditional offers, however I just can't make up my mind weather I should go. I will be studying Physical Education (+PGCE).
I took a couple years out of education and I am now 21. My passion lays within health and fitness, however that particular industry isn't well paid. Does anyone have any suggestions? I also thought about being a Met Police Constable (I'm female by the way).
Is it worth it going to uni? I obviously want the experience..but it is such a ridiculous amount of money!

I am starting university next September and I am planning to live in Halls for the first year. I am currently 21, however when I start I will be 22.... so I was wondering if it's too old for Uni Halls? I will be studying Physical Education so I'm guessing a big majority of the people will be 18/19.

I have been accepted into university to study Physical Education. I have two paths I would love to go down...either Pe teaching or Physiotherapy. I just don't know which to choose and if Physical Education at University would be beneficial to me becoming a Physiotherapist??
Thank you for your help!2 AnswersHigher Education (University +)4 years ago
I have recived an unconditional offer from a University to study Physical Education. I would then go on to doing my PGCE, which would lead to me becoming a PE teacher. I don't know anyone Who is in this job field...and I don't know if it's the right choice to make? Is it a good career? Worth while?
I'm so worried about making the wrong choice as it is SO much money to study at University in the U.K now days :(
By the way, my main passions are biology, sport, animals and beauty.

Not too long ago I had a multi procedure (inverted nipple correction and peri-areola lift) however, when I took the bandages off there was only the scar around my areolas...and no change in my nipples. When I went for the check up my surgeon said that he did both procedures in the same insision..but I don't get how that would be possible? Considering where the scar is (around the outside of my areolas) - that is not near my nipples/mild ducts. I just want to know I haven't been ripped off as I payed a lot of money for this!1 AnswerWomen's Health6 years ago
I'm doing a debate and my side I have to fight for is: against the freedom of speech of the press! For example: The press haking into mobiles to find out information ect..and I need some ideas of what I can say about it.
