So for a while now I've been having foot/upper foot pain. I was going to Physical therapy about once or twice a week for a while and now it's around every 2 weeks, but I don't think its really helping much honestly. I mean I do exercises that "involve" my foot but that's basically it. What do you think the pain is from? And it's only on my right foot! It sucks because I'm very limited to things I can do and sometimes when its really bad I can't even walk. So the pain is sometimes on the bottom left of my right foot, whole middle area of my foot, when I put weight on my toes, and upper foot almost to the ankle(hurts to bend it any way) and also the back of the foot on the Achilles tendon, right where it connects. In physical therapy she'll compare the movement sometimes and when I curl my left foot inwards it goes far, but when I try my right foot, there is very limited movement and it is very stiff. It really sucks and I wish I could just walk normal again. I just applied for a job and don't want to be limping around in pain all day. Quite a while ago I got an Xray on it and it wasn't broken but they said it was very inflamed with lots of swelling. I just don't know what to do.
