I have been compulsive eating for a while now. . . I don't think that there is anything necissarily wrong, I mean sometimes I get kind of lonely or bored. I also used to be really strict about what i ate so that i could loose weight. So I will eat really healthy for a week, but then one day I will have some ice cream and then its all over i gorge myself with more things because I figure i have alreaedy overeaten for the day so might as well eat whatever i want, and it makes me feel good while im eating it. Okay i am a junior in speech class and for our final project we were stuck in groups and have to come up with some urban legend and give a speech over it. . . . so we have come up with some idea where the janitor poisons the food in the cafeteria (the idea has to be totally original), but not about the acutal legend.
I need to know what poisons would kill people slowly and would be easy to get a hold of . . . and that would be able to go in food without much flavor or anything. I have been researching arsenic but it seems that it would not be easy to find. . . .
does anyone have any ideas???

Everyonce in a while I have this extreme breathing problem. . . its like i can breath small breaths or normal breaths i guess, but to actually get a breath I have to try really hard and focus on it, or yawn. so when i am just breathing "normal" it almost feels like i am holding my breath. Could this be some sort of asthma or something??
I have noticed that it seems to get worse during certain times of the year. Although i do not specifically no what times, but i know it goes off and on a lot, cuz all the sudden i will realize i can breath normal again. . . it is happening now if your wondering. Could it be allergies or allegy asthma if there is such a thing. .

I see these recipes for oatmeal that look very good, but they make like 5 servings and my family does not really eat oatmeal that much. . . so i would not want to make a huge batch of oatmeal and have it go to waste. Sense it is near christmas time then therer are tons of sweets going around. I have been watching my weight for about a year now and am 5'4 and would like to be around 115. I am usually pretty good at the healthy diet thing, but lately when i have gone to christmas partys or something then i just can not stop eating. . . .once i get a sweet flavor in my mouth i want more and more until it makes my stomach hurt. Also my mom just made a whole bunch of sweets that are now sitting around the house and if i start eating them then i almost cant stop. I really want to keep a healthy weight and not feel like a fatty anymore.

Okay i am on birth control and i missed one day the other day and my period came back. But i only missed one day and then i was back on it?? I was not suppose to get my period for a few more weeks?? If i have a recipe for 1/3 cup oil and one for 1/3 cup butter are there any good substiutions i can use to make it more healthy. . . these would be for baked goods like muffins or cakes. I have been eating right and excersising for a while now, and i got to my desired weight. Which is 115, now i have been doing a lot of excersise at least an hour a day. I do strenght/cardio classes mostly. But i have been gaining weight. I try to eat 1800 calories. Does anyone know what is going on??? I also eat a lot of fruit, especially since it is summer time. Do you think it could be water weight?
The toaster oven goes all the way up to 450 and has bake, toast and broil on it. So i was wondering if i could interchange it with a normal oven??? I mean obviously large things couldnt go in it, but could i bake like a batch of cookies and what not in it?? I really want to know how many calories are in a cup of red seedless grapes. I just get these at the supermarket. I have red it is about 100 cals or about 60 which is a pretty large difference??? Does anyone have any idea??? I measured out a cup and there was about 25 grapes in that cup. . . . .
Today i weighed myself at the usual time i do, which is in the morning right when i get up around 7:10 or so, i go to the bathroom before hand and that is it. I had also weighed myself yesterday, so today i wanted to see what would happen cuz i usually dont weigh myself twice in a row. I got on the wii bored and it said i had gained 1.1 pounds since yesterday!
How is this possible. I had counted calories and i know i could have been a little off, but i know i definetly did not get to 3500 and i was pretty active yesterday.
I did drink a 20 oz or maybe more glass of water right before bed. . . do you think that could be it??

I have always been senesitive to loud noises. Toilets flushing, hand dryers, and garages all make my heart beat rapidly. Although i can go to concerts and scream and stuff and be ok. I also have been know to turn the tv pretty low, or at least my parents ask me to turn it up a lot. . . although i always thought that was just cuz they have older ears. One of the worst things tho is little noises.
Like my mom chewing! It drives me insane and makes me so angry!!!! Thats one thing that i think is bad these noises change my mood drastically. I also just hear swallowing noises and what not and they drive me insane. Also we have a foriegn exchange student right now and for some reason whenever he walks then its like his feet pop . . . i have asked my mom and brother if they hear it but they dont. It drives me insane tho.

Could i have some sort of eating disorder??? If so what??? Are there more then just anorexia or bulimia?
I am 15, 5'4 and i just wade myself today and i was 111, which i think is too low. See the thing is i know that that is to low, but it is so hard. I count my calories, split it up 400 for bfast 400 for lunch 400 for snack and 600 for dinner for total of 1800. But i get afraid that i will eat to much for dinner so i dont eat most of the snack maybe only 100 cals and then end up not even eating 600 cals for dinner. . . so its like a ffear. I know that i need to do something about it, so some day i will tell myself that i will eat 2000 calories, and i do. But once i eat something that makes me feel guilty i guess then i feel really bad and the next day purposely eat less. Or i will just make sure to excerise a lot, not intensely but try not to sit around forever watching tv (which isnt necissisarily a bad thing) i just like to be on my feet, moving.
My mom says it cant be an eating disorder because i know that what i am doing isnt good or i know that i am at a healthy weight. But my problem is if i see the scale jump a few pound then i freak out, even tho i am at a healthy weight. I think a healthy weight for me would be 115 to 118, but the second i see it go to like 113 or 114 then i do one of my eat less days automatically, (i guess i have become an overachiever at controlling my weight).
Thats another thing, i know how to control my weight now, so you would think if i were to gain a few extra pounds and wanted to loose it then i would be able to do so. I think another thing i fear tho, is if i give myself slack then i will slip into bad old habits (i used to be like 133, so i lost some weight). You hear about that everywhere ppl regaining there weight, and i fear that i wont want to take the time to loose weight again or it will be a hassle. . . . ugh i guess im just rambling now sorry.
So if anyone has any sort of advice plz help. What should i do? Do i have some sort of eating disorder?
Overall i do eat, i actually enjoy eating, but i fear overeating and thus stop myself from eating as much as my body fully need i guess.
