I make video's and short films. I bought a 1080p camera a little less than a year ago. My laptop is an HP windows 8.1. I got it last Christmas. Well, I made a video using the 1080p camera and when I tried to edit it the video lagged non-stop. It wasn't annoying to edit it, it was impossible to edit. I couldn't see what was going on. I LOVED this camera so I spent four days searching for a reason and a solution. It appeared that my computer wasn't strong enough for 1080p files and the only thing I could do would be to get a new computer. This one is great. No viruses, it's fast, etc. And I haven't had it long at all and I don't have a lot of money by any means and since I only got the camera to shoot video's I wasn't going to be able to edit, I took it back. Now I really want to buy the same camera again. It was just awesome! Is there anything I can do to get the files to work on this computer if I purchase it again?
