My mom turns 48 on January 18. She’s not a very healthy person and usually eats what she wants, which is usually potoato chips, cracklings, pork rinds, sunflower seeds, and whatever other salty junk you can think of. We’ve also had shrimp regularly one or twice a mint which I know is high in cholesterol. She also has always bought sugary foood regularly since we were little kids. This is the basic stuff I can recall off the top of my head. She also doesn’t exercise, just watches videos on her phone when she’s at home. She’s not in bad shape or obese or anything but she seems to show no concern for her health. I’ve heard cardiac issues in women are more prominent around this age range. I haven’t asked her about the last time she’s visited the doctor but I wouldn’t guess anytime recently. I'm not overly concerned but someone with her diet and at her age couldn’t be in the shape internally, right?
