• Could I have a tooth infection and not know it?

I have a tooth that chipped around the fourth of July. A few days ago it became really sensitive when either my tongue or saliva made contact with it. Since then the sensitivity has begun to go down. Does this mean the nerve is dying from being touched too much or what? I don't have any symptoms of infection or swelling in my mouth. • What could be going wrong with this online program?

This program I'm working from for my math class called xyzhomework is marking two answers I entered as wrong even though after the third attempt they show the correct answer and it's the exact same as the one I enter every time. How should I fix this? The assignment is due in about 40 minutes.

  • What is this white mark on my gums?

It isn't painful at all but I do have a chipped tooth due to a cavity in this area. It chipped on the 4th of July and now when I move my finger around it, I've noticed my inner tooth is way more sensitive now. Could it be an abcess?

I was going to go to the dentist because a of a sharp pain which I thought was from the nerve in the tooth. It had subsided completely about two weeks after I chipped the tooth. I've been using a toothpick almost regularly to scrape food particles from the broken side of the tooth. Usually there is also blood on the toothpick that is sometimes dark red. Could this mean that my gum is infected? I've had no pain or swelling or fever or anything that would indicate an infection or illness. How should I take of this until I can see a dentist?

  • Should I go skateboarding at night?

There's this spot not too far from where I live. I want to go at 12am tonight. Does this sound like it might be dangerous? It's on a normally busy road but at night there's not much traffic there. I was thinking about skating there for a couple of hours tonight. Does this sound like a good idea? I'm 20 by the way.

I want to at least get a B and with one more test left I'll likely need a 95 or 100 to achieve that. How I can effectively learn the content of each of the chapters we've covered this session to ensure I'm prepered just in case the final covers all the different chapters we've gone through. I have a hard time because my home life is unstable and it's easy for me to just zone out by blasting music in my earphones or playing video games and ignore doing work or studying at home. How can I combat this behavior to improve my grade as best I can? I had high hopes for this summer session because I just wanted to get this class out of the way but it's looking bleak for me right now.

I'm dreading going to the dentist because I went in 2013 and they said I had a lot of cavities.(16 or 17 but not big ones) This was mostly due to bad eating habits. I would eat a lot of candy and stay up late playing video games then go to sleep without brushing my teeth until the next morning. I was to embarrassed to go back to the dentist to have them fixed and now I think will have to anyway. I pretty much continued the same habits up till now except not eating as much candy and I brush my teeth more regularly. I haven't had any serious pain but am extremely self conscious about going to the dentist.

Why do people agree that this is appropriate when most adults are likely no better than a teen when it comes to bad habits? And why is following instructions emphasized in society so much? I feel adults try to justify menacing behaviors towards others especially their children or younger people because they're more easily intimidated because of frustrations they've experienced in their personal lives. I think they also enjoy having even miniscule amounts of power over others. What gives these people the authority to talk to people in loud voices or try and force them to do things? Also, what do you think drives them to be like that? I don't think it's just what they would call "discipline."
