Do laptop battery chargers consume the same amount of power regardless of how much the laptop is using?

The cookies can be distributed in anyway (integer amounts tho). I got the answer as 5010, but I feel unsure about it, i think it should be 5040 (7!/(7-6)!).

With 5 shares, there are 7*6*5*4*3 possible ways' of sharing them, 2560
With 6 shares, there are 7 ways to share them..
From my workings, there is 1 way to to have 1 share, 3 ways to have 2 shares, 3 ways to have 3 shares, 2 ways of having 5 shares and 1 way of having 6 shares.

Hi, for some coursework I needed to put a 9 x 9 matrix into an equation which I did by using the 2 x 2 in boxes and exapnding the squares with other matrices from the drop down menu (2 x 2 to 3 x 3 then insert 3 x 3 matrix into each cell)
Problem now is that the elements are not align and makes it difficult to read.

I understand that the free list method lists all sectors that are free and the bitmap method lists all sectors regardless, but this question confuses me:

Hi, my lecturer did tell me about this, but that was months ago and his notes don't state which steps they are. The steps are (in the past paper)
1. Fetch the next instruction from memory into the instruction register.
2. Change the program counter to point to the following instruction.
3. Determine the type of instruction just fetched.
4. If the instruction uses a word in memory, determine where it is.
5. Fetch the word from memory (if required) into a CPU register.
6. Execute the instruction.
7. Go to step 1 to begin executing the following instruction.
