  • Why do I get tailbone when sitting straight? ?

I’ve been trying to improve my posture by sitting straight but everytime I do this, my tailbone hurts when I finally stand up to do something. This doesn’t happen in my normal posture where I slouch. I’ve been slouching my whole life. I’m 23. I’m trying to figure out whether if I’m not sitting on my butt when sitting straight or because it’s normal for having poor posture?

  • Bed bug bites hurts when walking? Is this normal?

I have so many bed bugs bites. We’re waiting on an appointment for a specialist to come in and check but today it was so bad. I was on my last hour of work and every single bed bug bite on my legs were so itchy when I never scratched them during at work except home. Some of the bites have gone much more red like a rash. I’m not sure if it’s an infection or not. It now also hurts to walks. I have pain near my ankle where the bed bug bites are everytime I take a step. Is this normal?

  • Did I pull a muscle?

I was at work when I lifted a maybe 20-40 pound box with one hand and put it on a cart tiptoeing. Afterwards, I got a sharp pain on the right back side and it hasn’t gone away since. If I stretch, IT HURTS LIKE HELL. Or if I lift anything it just hurts. Did I strain a muscle or something?

  • Can I still eat chicken that expires today?

I bought some organic boneless skinless chicken and had it for five days inside the fridge (not the freezer) until I finally cooked it just yesterday. It says use or freeze by 04/09. Will I still be able to eat it today? I’m so paranoid about getting sick or something 😅

  • Could I get sick if I stick a contaminated food thermometer back into the chicken?

I might just be acting paranoid but I’m wondering if I was using a food thermometer to check a chicken’s temperature which was only 120F and then constantly sticking it back in the chicken to check the temperature until it reaches its correct temperature which is 165F, could I get sick since I guess I kept sticking it in and out until I see when it was going to reach 165F?

  • Could I be depressed?

I don’t feel sad or anything to be honest. I used to when I was a kid (around 12-18 years old. Now it’s more like whatever and me being constantly fatigued all the time. I have OCD that makes it really exhausting for me to do the simplest things such as going outside and going for a walk or going to the gym, cooking due to me being so afraid of being contaminated so I have to constantly wash my hands and just takes a toll on me. I also am diagnosed with social anxiety so I don’t really have any friends ever since childhood. Sometimes I just don’t have the energh  to talk to anyone and rather be in my own mind listening to my music and sleep all day long if i could. I’m not sure what’s really causing the fatigue. I’m always assuming  whether it’s the OCD that’s causing it being so stressed out by it. Could it also be depression?

  • Are you supposed to print labels to return items?

I have never ever returned an item in my life and I only have two days to return something to get my refund. It’s asking to add in the rma that the company emailed me which I have in my email and to send it to the address? Are you supposed to print both of these things? This sounds dumb but if so will the barcodes be scannable on paper since it came out of a printer lol. Like do I just use a normal printer or is there a different printer separately for labels or? I’m so confused please help😫

  • Are running shoes worth it for cardio?

Are they worth buying for cardio at the gym? I mainly do elliptical, cycling and running. I’m wondering whether they’re worth getting than using regular sneakers.

  • Should I be switching cardio exercises when hitting the gym?

I’m no expert but I’m wondering whether doing the same exercises that you normally do would give the same health benefits as if you were to change your workout routine once in awhile. For example I mainly do elliptical and cycling when doing cardio. Would I be getting the same health benefits as if I were to maybe do something different if day for example I were to run and swim? Or is all cardio the same?

  • How can someone get better with colors?

How can someone get better with colors if they have no experience with what goes well with what. I’ve learned about the color wheel and how you should use contrast color that go well such as blue and orange or and the other terms. I’m just so confused how do you get better at matching colors. It’s just so confusing

  • Social anxiety question ?

I usually feel like I don’t belong here or I feel like I annoy several people such as some of my friends. Is it best to just tell them how I feel and then they will reassure me that I’m not being annoying so I stop feeling like that? I hope this makes sense lol. I always have denial thoughts such as you’re annoying, your weird, or I’m a loser etc

  • Could my poor diet be the cause for such chronic fatigue?

I also have several mental health issues like OCD and social anxiety. OCD prevents me from going out sometimes since I get stressed out looking at the damn floor thinking I’ll be contaminated and rather stay home and not deal with that. I actually have a poor diet. So much junk food to be honest haven’t been to the gym in two years actually and I’m 22. It’s to the point where sometimes the smallest thing like brushing my teeth where  I can’t be bothered with and I’m always so tired. Would a proper diet and exercise help?
