• How do I connect to a non-secure wi-fi net work through the Terminal?

I tied using the command: sudo iwconfig wlan0 essid "Network_Name" then <enter> when I do that it asks for a passowrd, but there is no password but there is no password, and I can't just hit enter. Any ideas? P.S. I don't need a lecture on how unsafe a non-secure network is, it's not for me anyways, thanks in advance!

  • C++: Can someone teach me how this code works?

I'm new to C++ and found this GUI code. I ran it, and it works, I just have no idea how to it works at all. So if you guys could explain this to me bit by bit, it would help a lot. And I know this is a silly request, but try to make it as simple as possible, because since I'm new to C++ I'm not good with vocabulary. #include... show more

  • C++: A Good IDE that isn't Code Blocks, Dev C++: Netbeans, or Visual C++?

Code Blocks and Netbeans decided not to use my compiler, Dev C++ I just don't like, and Visual C++ is just annoying to use. Sorry for being picky but are there any good IDEs that aren't these?
