I'm 16 years old and i'm pushing 5'11. I play soccer all year round but i consider anything but fall season my off season. Espicially during the winter.
I've decided to dedicate this off season to getting wider and thicker and to put on weight with bigger muscles. but first i need to know how to diet. If i'm working out every other day what kind of foods should i increase in and what should i stay away from?

I've been dealing with swollen gums ever since i got my braces on over a year ago. i figured it would go away so i kept my brushing habits of every morning and every night. Now for about a month i have increased my brushing to about 3 minutes each night and morning, but still have seen very little improvement.

I strained my quad a few days ago but its not bad at all just annoying in certain movements during physical activity. I know that i could easily completely tear the muscle if i do to much physical activity.
