I recently got a new sprint phone that I would like to activate, however I am considered a "sub-account" on the main account. I requested to receive full access to online features and haven t heard back in days. I am not interested in billing or any of the other stuff that comes along with being the main account, I would simply like to swap out my old sim card and put it into my new phone but I have to activate it and this is a feature on the main account holder. I just want to use my new phone and it is very frustrating on the level of hoops to jump through to do this. If you get back to me asap it would be greatly appreciated.
