Best answer: Leaf Cup Shortcuts: DS Desert Hills: use a mushroom over any of the hills around the "swervy" part. If you onlly have one mushroom, use it on the last turn. Tip: Drift as close to the inside corners as you can. GBA Bowser's Castle 3: Nothing really other than the MAJOR shortcut used by the world champions. You can find this on youtube. It takes a lot of practice. If you have a mushroom, use it through the dry lava pebbles (that, to me, looks like red carpet), but ONLY if it lets you drift closer to the inside. Otherwise, use it on a straightaway. Once again, drift as close to the inside as you can. DK Jungle Parkway: Many places... ummm mushroom through the grass by the first circle leading to the big ramp. Mushroom anywhere in the jungle like area with all the trees and grass. mushroom through the mud up the hill inside the cave--(this one takes practice, you might end up flying over the traack..) If done correctly, you should be taken right next to the finish line. ONCE AGAIN...drift to the inside ALWAYs, and stay on the road, unless you're using a mushroom. GCN Mario Circuit: Mushroom through the grass behind the chain chomp. (this is a great tactic to win races.) If you have a mushroom further on in the race, use it through the grass by the hills and the goombas, (at the end of the lap). Or you can use it on the straightaway through the pipe and by the pirhana plants. Tip: draft behind people on the straightaway, it's not too hard on this course). Unfortunately, there are no shortcuts on any of these four tracks that cannot be completed without using a mushroom and going offroad. If you're in first, you won't get a mushroom, nor can you draft, so your best way to stay in first is drifting so close to the inside that you're nearly off the track. This might take practice as well. Good luck! Hope this helps!!

WITH a galaxy save, you must play 50 games. I recommend simply renting the game, making a profile, and you're done. All you need is a save file on the game. You don't have to play at all. Make the file, quit the game, put in MK, and if you have already played 50 games, you will get an announcement saying "Congratulations, you've unlocked Rosalina" as soon as you enter your profile on MK. BTW I know this is accurate information as I got it out of the official game guide. Everything in here is accurate- unlike the internet.... Hope this helps. Good luck!

Best answer: A Walkthrough on a lap: (If you're on a bike) Wheelie immediately. Drop down and then draft. You'll get a boost and go ahead of everyone. Cut to the right of the first goomba and fit in the narrow gap on the inside of the curve. (If you're on mirror mode, then itll be to the left of the goomba). Continue to cut very close on the inside of the curves. ALWAYS when you're in first place, drag an item behind you by holding the item button. If a red shell is thrown, it will hit your item and not you.. The only item that a red shell goes straight through is the fake item box. After the series of right turns (left if you're on mirror mode), you will reach the chain chomp turn. The best place to use a mushroom is through the sand behind him- NOT the ramp. Completely ignore the ramp. Anyway, if there are people in front of you at his point, the chain chomp will bite outwards and there will be a small gap between the back of his "head" and the edge of the track. Fit through here if you can. You must time it perfectly. If you ARE in first place, drift a little to the outside of the middle of the road on this curve and the Chain Chomp shouldn't hit you. After that turn, wheelie (if you have a bike) through the tunnel and once again, drift to the inside of the curves and wheelie on the straightaway, then drift sharply again. If you can master the sharp turns and wheelie every chance you get, you should have no problem finishing this race in first. :) As far as the lightning cup, I use my Mii in Outfit B on the dolphin dasher. I use him for everything. It is really up to you. The lightning cup courses have lots of straightawways so a bike would probably be best. OH and I almost forgot. You NEED to (if you havent already) master the inside drift of the bullet bike, quacker, magikruiser, jet bubble, mach bike, sneakster, dolphin dasher, flame runner, and spear because otherwise, you will have a lot of trouble drifting sharply, (especially on Mario Circuit where it is extremely crucial to your win). Hope this helps! Good luck!!

Toad's factory using any fast bike. (use mushroom through mud because you may get stuck w/o a dash panel). N64 Mario Raceway- the standard ghost for this course sucks. (Use mushrrom behind the mushroom building). If you need any help with routes on any course, just go watch the world champion's replay. If you don't have WiFi, (meaning you can't watch them), go on YouTube and watch the world champion on there. If the world champion is not on there, watch the expert ghost replay. All 32 of them are on YouTube. Hope this helps. Good Luck!

Any kart or bike with the outside drift is best. I would say any character with the standard kart or the standard bike, depending on if you want double mini turbo or wheelie.... I started off with baby peach in the booster seat. If you can unlock the cheep charger, it has really good handling and is great for beginners. As far as middleweight, the classic dragster was my second vehicle, (after the booster seat). I used Birdo (easy to unlock). Then for heavyweight, offroader, which coincidentally was my third vehicle, (after the booster seat and then the classic dragster). I used Funky Kong, who wasn't TOO tough to get but he may take a while if you're a beginner. So to sum it all up.. If you want a kart (which is what I recommend for a beginner): lightweight: Booster seat. Middleweight: Classic Dragster. Heavyweight: Offroader. If you want a bike: lightweight: standard bike s middleweight: sugarscoot heavyweight: Wario Bike Good luck! Hope this helps.
