Lots of yanking on your teeth (which you're probably used to by now). So worth it though! When I got mine off I couldn't start running my tongue over my teeth!! Lol they were so smooth. The inside of your lips touching your teeth feels kinda weird too. As for actually getting them off, it's not terribly painful.
