Geckos are pretty simple low maintenance pets to keep - fire-belly toads carry toxins on glands behind their heads so water has to be changed in their tank/vivarium/terrarium pretty regularly as the toxins build up to dangerous levels! Frogs are cool kept one myself but noisy as hell early hours of the mornings and water needs a decent filter or its stink - badly!

Leopard geckos are a lot of fun! I've had one for 6 months. You just need an undertank heater a thermometer and a rheostat.
They only use one part of the cage to go to the bathroom so it's easy.
Also I use reptecarpet in my tank. It's cleaner and doesn't cause impaction like the sand can.
Leos are cool low maintanence at night they are pretty funny and if they are kept right can live for 20-30 years :)

Leopard gecko definitely! I have one and he needs almost no care just feed the baby once a day and then adults once every three days. And if you're really busy or going on vacation for like two days you don't have to have someone come and babysit. I hope you get something you really like! GOOD LUCK!
