Cornerback or Slot Receiver?
I play slot receiver for my high school and am about 5'4". For the past few weeks now, I have been thinking about asking my coach if I could be switched to cornerback. Considering my height, what do you think I should do?

If it is something you want to try then ask the coach... He can only say yes or no.....Good luck....

Personally, I believe that you can benefit from make a position change. Based on your height, I believe that you will make a very good fit at cornerback. You have the ideal height for a high school cornerback.

You should stay slot reciever. Corner is a very tough position to play. I used to be a corner, but then it was so tough for me that I made the adjustment to be a safety. I'm 5'9. You seem a bit short for safety. But hey you never know.

I am the same height as you, and I am also playing for my high school. I would think that you would be a good height for Tight End, Cornerback, and Line Backer.

Stay at WR. I you play corner your going to be at a huge disadvantage against some WR's. As long as your quick and you run good, crisp routes you'll be fine.
