There's nothing to it. You just give up and you're not worried or stressed out by whatever you were trying to do. You just let go and relax. Ahhh.

Because its easier that way than having to struggle and go through the emotional stress of trying to hang on.. do you know how many times ive felt like giving up? too many to count...
