what does this suppose to mean? i mean we've been having arguments since past few days, and he has texted me this today? we've been together for a Year & 3months

It may not mean that he is falling out of love with you maybe he is just upset over the arguing you have been doing and wanted to see what you would say.
I think you need to talk to him sweetheart without arguing so you can express how you both honestly feel and see where this relationship is going.
My advice is just to be calm,adult and honest about this,if the relationship is ending then its ending, dont allow him to walk all over your heart.
