Is it possible to hack someone's facebook account?

All right this happened on facebook. I was talking to my old friend on facebook. When we talked about some random stuffs, all of sudden he brought up about TV series that I like (the series aren't famous or popular). I never talk anything about the TV show to anyone, but I have a different facebook account (different name), and I always talk about it with people in the community. Is this just coincident or do you guys think my friend did something (e.g., hacking, stalking) on my facebook? I don't understand how he found out about the TV show that I like... I'm worried because I made a different account to control my privacy... btw my official account and other account for hobby have nothing to do, and completely different (names, photos, info, and etc). :(

yes its possible to hack Someones Facebook if you know there email address and password i would recommend not getting into hacking tho its not Legal And its Wrong

Oh, that's right. As long as we know their email and password, we can do that. I should have asked "how to figure out the password that people use" or something. But I know that some people use simple password... Anyway, thanks a lot. :)
