How can I restore my factory settings without loseing my files?

I lost recently my internet drivers and my computer doesn't connect to internet. so, my researches directed me to that I should reset my factory setteings, but this will clear all personal files which is almost 400 GB which is imposable to backup......

is there anyway else to recover my internet drivers (I tryed motherboard CD)
and if not are there any suggestion to save my large ammount size of my files please help??

Your internet drivers? I assume you're talking about your network/ethernet card drivers? If that's the only problem, then yes you can recover just those drivers. If it's not on your motherboard CD, find out who the manufacturer is of your motherboard, and go to their website. They should have all the drivers on there.

I solved my problem.the right answer was.(on win 7)
I should reinstall my erthernet settings by
1-control panel
2-network and internet
3-network and shearing center
4-change adapter settings
5-local area connection
6-properties
7-configure
8-driver
9-uninstall
10-restart your computer

    Yes, factory restore will wipe out your files. But you can get an external hard drive that's more than big enough to copy all your files. It will cost around $80-100, but it's a good investment because you can make backups of everything.

    May be your mother CD doesn't support your operating system.You should browse your motherboard manufactures website.There you will find internet driver for your model.Just install it...
