hi sean
i would say the Msi H67 mse33 is the better motherboard overall.... they use better capacitors ( japanese made ) and the EFI ( Extensible Firmware Interface ) makes changing bios options much easier... also overclocking is alot easier with the msi board..and this includes instant overclock ... this is a msi only feature which allows you to overclock your cpu via windows
in regards to a main storage drive i would go with the 128gb ssd every time..... and then use a mechanical sata drive for games and programs.. however with a 128gb ssd you can install your favourite games and programs on the ssd for superior loading times
windows 7 uses around 16gb and with the page file, system restore you should set aside around 22gb.... this leaves you over 100gb of solid state drive capacity which is plenty for main programs and games
however have you considered buying 2 x 64gb ssd,s and running them in raid 0... this would give you better performance especially in games.... and both the 3gb and 6gb sata ports support both raid 0 and 1
i hope this helps sean... any questions let me know
good luck mate !
