People think 34DD's a big, they really aren't. You see glamour models claim to be DD whilst they look more like an E - G cup. There are people at my school with DD's and they are not big. It depends on the band size, which is the number. I dont think there's 'too big or too small', saying that will make other girls feel insecure. Im a 30GG which is also a 32G 34FF 36F 38E 40DD :)

My wife's 36 DD is perfect for her. You asked about perfect bra size. That's different from the perfect bust. Shape and how they look on the body of the owner come into play also. Since I met my wife I am more into big ones, but they have to be firm and well shaped naturals. I also like a wide areola.

Definitely a C. I have an A on my somewhat toned chest so she should have bigger boobs than I do. B's are alright. D's and up won't look that great when the woman gets older.

I find all the thumbs down on this question hilarious. Insulting these types of opinions is like throwing water balloons at a tank. Kinda pointless.

If not, a better question might be: Guys, what is your preferred breast size on a woman?

As a bi, I prefer larger breasts, C cup or larger. Ideal for me would be 36 DD...to small would be anything smaller than a C cup.
