What's the name of an Alfred Hitchcock story?

I read a story in a book by Alfred Hitchcock many years back. It's about a man who tries to kill his wife, but tries to frame it on a non existant stalker.. The husband wife couple lock themselves in a room but wake up every mrng to find messages written on a mirror in their home, "lock ur door" "y don't u lock ur door?" n so on.. In lipstick!! Until it finaly turns into a threat on his wife's life.
Does anyone remember the name of the story or the book? I can't seem to find it on google or a book store...
