Why do humans stereotype some groups of other humans.....?
And then get mad when someone stereotypes their group?

Because it's easy to categorize people who you don't know than the get to know the individual. Humans are lazy!

Don't worry too much about it. It's obvious that stereotypes don't apply to everybody. That would be impossible, wouldn't it?
i.e There are more than 150 million women in the US. It's impossible for all of them to be the same which is why I laugh when I hear "Not All Women Are Like That" aka NAWALT. It's so obvious lol
