How do I stop the awkwardness and talk to him?

I'm a guy and I recently gave this guy on my track team a hand job, it's been awkward ever since, he pokes at me and plays with me the way we usually did but I want to talk to him about what happened because I like him a lot now.

    Well if that were me i'd just talk to him but go through the awkwardness too it's like talking to an extremely hot girl too,you don't know what to say and then you start stuttering too but just talk and just feel the akwardness but try to ignore it if possible just have enough confidence.
