It shouldn't have anything to do with cholesterol. Chest pains are caused by tight back muscles pressing onto the nerves going around your body to become pains in the rib, chest or heart areas. To get rid of the pains you have to free up your back muscles to get rid of the tight ones pressing into the nerves and here's how to free them up:
Back:
(do while sitting on a chair)
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front, and firmly pull down on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm as straight as possible. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, then release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.
Nausea is often caused by tight neck muscles which are pressing into your throat on top of your gag reflex area to cause the nausea feeling. The back and neck share muscles for this cross over to occur. To get rid of the nausea feeling you have to free up your neck muscles to get the pressure off your throat and here's how to free them up:
Neck:
Place your hands behind your head so your fingers meet in the middle of your neck. Press into the neck with a moderate pressure and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your head as far as you can, then remove the pressure from the muscles but continue holding your head down for another 30 seconds. For both- for best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.
